ABSTRACT:
A 20 page paper. Employment testing has became more prevalent in the last couple decades. The need to put the right person in the right job and reduce turnover is one of the reasons. Another reason is the level of employee theft. This paper provides an introduction to the topic, the types of tests being used, justification for using these tests, legal issues in terms of discrimination and privacy, recommendations for using such tests and conclusions.
